Bukidnon Environment and Natural Resources Office

Bukidnon State University-Development Communication Batch 2012

During the 250 hours of On-the-Job Training (OJT) at Bukidnon Environment and Natural Resources Office (BENRO), the interns acquired experiences which made them a stronger one.

The interns was assigned at Ecosystem Research and Development, Planning and Policy Coordination Management Division. The intern were very thankful in all the employees of BENRO and in the Head of the division, Ms. Cecille M. Egnar.

The Division provided significant opportunities for the interns especially when the work program was handed to us. The work program embodied the specific task, the implementation date, and the person in charge. It also served as the mirror of our performance inside the office. There were several tasks not performed due to the limited time and the people we needed were not available. However, we were able to finish the major tasks which we paid much time to concentrate on.

The month of December was a month of extraordinary excitement, adjustment, and butterfly-filled days. We were all excited to embrace the work and be acting like a regular employee of the office. Though it was a bit tough for us in adjusting to the place, the new faces were a little relief because they welcomed us like a true family.

The 1st month of the year, January, was a serious month. We started working on our outputs and experiencing on field activity.

February was an all-out work. Editing, researching, and documenting were our daily routine for this month. We went to places we never expected to visit, from public sites to exclusive ones. We visited forests, farmlands, gardens, dump sites, hydroelectric power plant, rivers, lakes and falls. Well, we thanked the office for giving us all the opportunities and wonderful experiences during the internship.

The last day of service was the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) Meeting at the Provincial Governor’s Office- Conference Room, where the interns documented and wrote the minutes of the meeting.

posters sample design

I am not that good in layouts but i want to share my output...probably for you to get some ideas....

first.. you should have a draft... draw all the things you want to be present in your poster...

You should imagine what is the arrangements then draw...

What it is about, for you to consider what color to be used.

Imagine...If its colorful it relates to a happiness, if it shows formal you can use black as background....

For me... Black is the an ideal color for formality.
